There are eight counties in Understanding.And there are four people that make the decisions in the government.They're the counties leader.

The representative democracy of Understanding.The representative is means we have a president,and we make decisions vote.

President Daniel holds power in this from of government.Because Daniel is the smartest person in Understanding.He's  Understanding's president.
